Thank you for choosing Quinta de Santana. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and transparent stay, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following terms and conditions applicable to your reservation and stay.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in can be completed between 15:00 and 23:00 (check-in after 23:00 must be informed in advance and is subject to confirmation)
Check-out must be completed between 08:00 and 11:00 on the day of departure. For early check-out, please arrange it the day before or contact reception
Early check-in and/or late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees may apply. Please contact reception for assistance.
Reservations and Payments
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance payment, according to the conditions selected at the time of booking.
For certain rates or promotions, full advance and non-refundable payment may be required.
Your reservation will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of payment or guarantee.
We recommend carefully reading the specific conditions at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy varies depending on the selected rate. The generally available options are:
Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 2 days before the arrival date. After this period or in case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate: The total amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
Breakfast
Breakfast is not included in the accommodation rate (you must place your request 24 hours in advance)
It is served buffet-style in the dining room, usually between 08:00 and 10:30 (hours subject to seasonal changes).
Children and Extra Beds
Children are welcome.
Free accommodation for children up to 3 years old using a baby cot (upon request and subject to availability).
Extra beds are available upon prior request and may incur additional costs depending on age:
3 to 10 years: € 10 per child, per night
From 10 years old (considered adult): € 20 per person, per night
The maximum capacity of extra beds or cots varies depending on the room type and existing availability.
Behavior and Responsibility
All guests must respect the rules of conduct and good co-existence practices at Quinta de Santana. A deposit or fine may be charged in case of damage or disrespect.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas
Quinta de Santana reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in case of inappropriate behavior, violation of the law, or non-compliance with these conditions.
Pets
Pets allowed. Additional charges may apply and the hotel must be informed.

Liability for Belongings and Damage
Quinta de Santana is not responsible for items left in common areas, as well as inside or outside the apartments.
The use of the safe available in the rooms is recommended.
Any damage caused to Quinta de Santana facilities or equipment through negligence or misuse will be charged to the person responsible.
Force Majeure
Quinta de Santana is not responsible for failures or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, legal restrictions, among others.

Parties/events are not allowed.
